It is not our plan to turn Fyfield Village Vets into an empire. Instead, we aim to create an outstanding first opinion small animal veterinary practice with compassionate care from our small yet mighty team.

We want you and your pets to see the same team of friendly faces on your visits and for us to build a rapport. A real village vets! As such, once capacity at Fyfield Village Vets is reached we will operate a waiting list for new client registrations. Existing clients will always be able to register new additions to their family.

If you would like to register your fur babies at Fyfield Village Vets please fill out the pre-registration form above and we would be honoured to be entrusted with their medical care.

Once you have completed the pre-registration application form you will then be allocated a place at Fyfield Village Vets and will be able to be seen at our practice once we are open. You will be able to ring and speak to our friendly reception team or book appointments online at your convenience. In the couple of days before your first appointment at Fyfield Village Vets please could you ring your current vets and ask for your pets’ medical records to be emailed across to info@fyfieldvillagevets.co.uk
